Things to do as the leaves start falling

The tallest sunflower on the block 

We are delighted to announce that the winner of the hugely successful Sunflower Competition is Daniel Gilpin, aged 5 (pictured), who grew a sunflower that is a whopping 13ft 3 inches tall! Congratulations Daniel and we hope you and your family enjoy your trip to Center Parcs.

The 10 runners-up all grew sunflowers taller than 9ft which is no mean feat. A big congratulations to Matthew, Tom, Ben, Emily, Rose, Zoe, Oliver, Genevieve, Serge and the combined entry from Sophie, Ellie & Isobel. The prize for the runners-up is a copy of ‘Grow It, Eat It’, from Dorling Kindersley.
